INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA PURSUANT TO ART. 13 OF REGULATION (EU) 2016/679

For Infitto.eu the protection of the privacy of users who access the site is very important. This is why this privacy policy document has been prepared. This is an information notice pursuant to art. 13 EU Regulation 2016/679 – General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter “Regulation”) – to those who browse the Infitto.eu website (hereinafter the “Site”) and whose data may be processed. The information is provided solely for the Site and not for other websites that may be consulted by the user via links.

TREATMENT OF PERSONAL DATA

We inform you that the personal data acquired as a result of browsing the Site and being processed may consist of information such as name, an identification number, an online identifier or one or more characteristic elements of your physical, economic, cultural or social condition by which you may be identified or identifiable.

Other Personal Data freely provided by you in the information request forms may be processed. Any sensitive data, referred to in art. 9.1 Reg. 2016/679 / EU will not be processed without the explicit consent given by the interested party.

The personal data processed through the Site are as follows:

  1. a) Navigation data

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate the Site automatically acquire some personal data the transmission of which is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This is information that is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but which by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.
This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the site, the addresses in the Uniform Resource Identifier (URI) notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user’s computer environment. This data is used for the purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning, to identify anomalies or abuses and is normally deleted soon after processing. This data could be used by the competent authorities to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the site or third parties: in any case, the data on web contacts are not currently stored for more than seven days.

  1. b) Data provided voluntarily by the user

The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of information through an e-mail message or by filling in a form by the interested party to the addresses indicated on the Site results in the subsequent acquisition, by Infitto.eu, of the data entered.
The provision of these data is optional, but the refusal to provide them makes it impossible for the user to obtain the requested services.
Furthermore, the personal identification and contact data voluntarily provided to Infitto.eu could be used, with the consent of the user, to send promotional information regarding our own services and / or products with automated tools (email, sms, mms, messages on social networks network, whatsapp, messenger) and / or non-automated (paper mail, telephone with operator), without prejudice to the possibility, for the user, to oppose the sending of such communications at any time even being able to indicate with which tools to be contacted or not .

Finally, all data (provided voluntarily and/or acquired by navigation) can be processed to pursue a legitimate interest of the owner or a third party, such as, for example, protection from scams, as well as to assert and defend a right in court.

  1. METHOD OF TREATMENT

Personal data are processed for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected and are processed on paper and electronic format in compliance with the organizational and security measures required by applicable laws.

  1. PURPOSE OF THE TREATMENT

Il trattamento, dietro specifico consenso ove necessario, mira alle seguenti finalità:

  • allow navigation of the Site and the provision of the services made available there by the Owner, including the management of the Site’s security, as well as contractual and administrative accounting relations;

  • find specific requests addressed to the Data Controller, including requests for assistance also sent by filling in the “Contact” form on the Site;

  • fulfill any obligations provided for by the laws in force, regulations or community legislation, or satisfy requests from the authorities;

  • carry out marketing and profiling activities. The data provided for this purpose may be processed by Infitto.eu, subject to explicit and specific consent, for sending promotional and marketing communications, including the sending of newsletters and market research, through automated tools (sms, mms , email) and not (paper mail, telephone with operator), as well as for the analysis of the user’s personal data, purchase choices and behavioral preferences on the site, in order to better structure communications and personalized commercial proposals, for carrying out general analyzes and, in general, for profiling activities.

  • carry out direct marketing via e-mail for products similar to those purchased by the interested party, pursuant to art. 130, paragraph 4 of the Privacy Code, except for a refusal to receive such communications, which may be expressed initially or on subsequent occasions by sending an email to info@infitto.eu

  • for statistical purposes, without it being possible to trace the identity of the user.

  1. RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA

Personal data may be transmitted to third parties belonging to the following categories: a) third party service providers with whom it is necessary to interact for the provision of the Services (for example hosting providers, shippers, process payments, transmit content). These third party service providers have access only to personal data that are necessary for the performance of their activities, but they will not be able to process this data for other purposes. Furthermore, such third parties are required to process the personal data of which they become aware in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable regulations on the protection of personal data .; b) subjects, companies or professional firms that provide assistance and consultancy to Infitto.eu in accounting, administrative, legal and tax matters; c) subjects, bodies or authorities, independent data controllers, to whom it is mandatory to communicate personal data by virtue of legal provisions or orders of the authorities.

  1. STORAGE

Personal data will be kept for the time necessary to pursue the purposes for which they are collected, in compliance with the minimization principle referred to in Article 5.1.c) of the GDPR.

In particular, the data collected for the contractual purposes will be kept for the period of time envisaged and allowed by Italian law to protect the interests of Infitto.eu (Article 2946 of the Italian Civil Code and subsequent amendments). The data collected for marketing and profiling purposes will be kept for a maximum period of 2 years from the last contact with the data subject, without prejudice to the right at any time to object to the processing. Upon expiry of the aforementioned retention periods, the data will be automatically deleted or made anonymous in a permanent and non-reversible way.

 

  1. RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTIES

Pursuant to articles 15 and following of the Regulations, you have the following rights: to request access to your Personal Data; the correction or cancellation of your data; the limitation of processing in the cases provided for by art. 18 of the Regulation; obtain the data concerning you in a structured format, commonly used and readable by an automatic device, in the cases provided for by art. 20 of the Regulation. At any time you can, pursuant to art. 7 of the Regulation, revoke the consent given or propose a complaint to the competent supervisory authority pursuant to Article 77 of the Regulation (Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data WWW.GARANTEPRIVACY.IT), pursuant to art. 77 of the Regulation, if you believe that the processing of your data is contrary to the legislation in force.

You can formulate a request for opposition to the processing of your data, pursuant to article 21 of the Regulation, in which to give evidence of the reasons justifying the opposition: the Data Controller reserves the right to evaluate the application, which would not be accepted in the event of the existence of binding legitimate reasons to proceed with the processing that prevail over your interests, rights and freedoms.

Requests must be sent in writing to the Data Controller.

CHANGES

This privacy policy is effective from 1 May 2020. Infitto.eu reserves the right to modify or simply update its content, in part or completely, and as required by the applicable legislation. Users will be notified of these changes as soon as they are introduced and they will be binding as soon as they are published on the Site. Infitto.eu therefore invites you to regularly visit this section to learn about the most recent and updated version of the Privacy Policy in order to always be updated on the use of data collected.
